Credits Business Development Officer in the UK, Yassine Anaddam attended  British House of Parliament in Westminster, London for APPG on Fintech Parliamentary Reception.

 

Credits was proud to be the only blockchain platform presented at the event. This gave us a chance to introduce ourselves as one of the leaders in the development of blockchain for Fintech. It was a great event of significant networking with several industry leaders in Fintech.
All Party Parliamentary Group on FinTech’s parliamentary reception shed a spotlight on the growth and work done to help foster innovation in financial services across the UK. Credits team in London had a chance to connect with a variety of regional FinTech industry leaders and stakeholders, as well as parliamentarians.

 

Adam Afriyie MP (Chair of the APPG on FinTech) and Joe Garner (Chief Executive of Nationwide Building Society) made engaging opening speeches and welcomed everyone in order to find grounds for partnerships and collaboration.

Joe Garner introduced the Open Banking for Good initiative, a new challenge designed to convene FinTechs, innovators and money advice charities to create apps and services that promote financial capability..
