As we made many changes to smart-contracts functionality, and finaly have it working. But we still need a lot of tests to be done before placeing this functionality to mainnet. So we are preparing a public testnet version so everyone can test it or develop different contracts for execution. After successful testing we can update mainnet version and add solidity functionality to testnet version.
