Last week as we got the encouraging results of the block reward primary tests with delegation functional, we found some things those should be developed:
1) Block reward should be published in every pool with transactions and approved by consensus nodes, but not only applied to wallets as usual fee or some addition to fee,
2) Frozen coins should have an additional time-invariant attribute;
3) The updated monitor version should work with current mainnet;
4) Network should be updated without long delay.
