Q1: In which countries we can find the contact addresses on your website?
A: We have companies in Estonia, BVI, UK, USA, Singapore, and Russia.

Q2: Why is the CS website in just one language, English? CS doesn't make it easy for non-English speakers/readers.
A: As some may have noticed, we recently updated our Credits.com website with new features and upcoming services. At the moment, we have decided to have just the English version. Based on the experience acquired during the previous web version, only a few users used the choice of the local language. Most of our audience prefers English.
If there will be a need to add some other language over time, we will definitely consider it.
Q3: What improvement did Credits show from Q1 to Q2? Which road map items are met?
A: For those following our weekly updates, we have clearly outlined our workflows and areas being in the process of improvement. Some delays have already been stated. Our roadmap right now can only be addressed as a phased plan, as the dates have changed slightly due to a large amount of work and circumstances that occurred during testing. Despite some challenges, we remain optimistic about the developments we are working on. In this connection, we would like to ask you to be understanding.
Q4: On LinkedIn, a job offer was placed for ' Head of Card Products'. Is this position filled? If so, what is the road map that this person will follow?
A: This is a practical experience in the job market to test the waters. For the job offer itself, we have all the necessary competence within the framework of ongoing activities. At the launch stage, everything goes on as usual. In a follow-up product launch, it is planned to hire Head of Card Products
Q5: What’s the current state of the coming updates for blockchain and mobile wallet?
A: As for the Blockchain, we are conducting additional checks for reliability, and shortly, we plan to refine the functionality of working with the database. A full-fledged update that solves issues with the database and pulls the correct blocks for synchronization in the complex will be released after appropriate adjustments.
As for the Mobile Wallet, at the moment, the wallet development team is preparing for the release of the first stage - a crypto wallet with acquiring. The next step will be adding banking functionality - an ability to open an account, issue a card and make transactions. Development has already started, and some features are already available in internal releases.
