Why was my registration denied?
Your documents may have been rejected if they did not meet our requirements.
Some of the possible reasons why your documents may have been rejected include, but are not limited to:
- Your ID document is expired.
- You did not upload both sides of your ID.
- Your document(s) was/were blurry or illegible. To avoid this, please make sure your scan or photo of the document is high resolution and clear.
- Your proof of address document does not include an issue date.
- For other reasons.
